Design/Senior Design Engineer

Role: Mechanical/HVAC design, modelling, detailing and documentation

Discipline: MEP Platform (CAD & BIM)

Qualification: B. Tech/M. Tech (Mechanical)

Experience:  3+ years of experience working on CAD and BIM platforms

 

Duties:

Design, Modelling, Detailing and Documentation: 

  • Designing Mechanical/HVAC systems (2D & 3D)
  • Construction documentation (BIM)
  • Detailed design (BIM)
  • Calculations using Trane Trace

 

QC:

  • Follow project QC checklist: HVAC
  • Implement QC standards across the projects: HVAC
  • Maintain quality on all deliverables in all the projects: HVAC

 

Client Coordination: 

  • Daily/weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.  
  • Capture and analyze the client requirements: HVAC
  • Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the Project Lead.

 

Responsibilities:

  • This role will have no direct reporting associates.
  • Responsible for overall performance of HVAC tasks (as assigned by the Project Lead).
  • Responsible for overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks): HVAC.
  • Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients’ expectations. 
  • Modeling, Detailing, Documentation, Design, and Calculation of HVAC (must).

 

Skillset:

Technical: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, Navisworks, Trane Trace

Domain:

  • Knowledge of USA HVAC standards
  • Working knowledge of USA projects and HVAC systems.
  • Design knowledge of HVAC systems is a must.

Experience working for Commercial Buildings & Residential Buildings, Sports facilities/Stadium/Sports Buildings/Office Buildings/Hospital Buildings/Mixed-use Buildings.
