    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Managing the flow of day-to-day operations.
    • Providing any training that team members need.
    • Communicating clear instructions to team members.
    • Maintaining daily basis MIS
    • Overseeing all activities within a team.
    • Distributing information to team members and Vendors.
    • Keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees, and documents.
    • Determining the goals that member will work toward.
    • Conducting internal team meetings periodically to identify the backlogs and improvements.
