Job Opening For Technical Support Executive - Technical Support
Designation: Technical Support Executive Process: Technical Support Experience: 1 to 2 Years Work Location: Coimbatore Languages Known: English, Kannada, or Hindi Preferred: Willing to work in client locations (across India)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Good networking and troubleshooting skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Installation of UID kits at a different location based on the requirement.
Creating daily data backups of all the systems.
Synchronizing the system every 10 days with the UID Server.
Troubleshooting all system-related issues.
Interaction with AADHAR Technical Support Team to resolve software-related issues.
Shifting systems and UID kits to different locations based on the requirement.
