Responsibilities of an SEM Specialist

  • Has 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
  • Manage paid search marketing campaigns and other paid advertising campaigns.
  • Execute marketing campaigns on various platforms like Google ads, Facebook, email marketing, LinkedIn, & SMS marketing
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses to stay within budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure meeting the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Prepare SEM reports every month and present them.
  • Stay up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising.
  • Runs ads for abroad countries
  • Generate leads (B2B)

Requirements and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEM campaigns
  • Proven SEM experience and successful management of PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
  • Well-versed in performance marketing and conversion
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Search Engine Marketing
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Adalysis, MarinOne, Kenshoo, and IgnitionOne)
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
