Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling outbound and inbound calls.
  • Updating customers and customers client portals 
  • Responding / communicating with client through email /call in time.
  • Tracking the shipment and getting the missing details or documents from the appropriate Members/Persons in US/Canada. 
  • Handling the clients messenger application for communication.
  • Having a comprehensive understanding of the service offered.
  • Providing quality customer service.
  • Up selling if the project demands.
  • Maintaining professional decorum and punctuality. 
  • Ensuring good interpersonal relations are maintained while coordinating.
