Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional who has the desire and drive to make an impact on an organization built to scale. Our ideal candidate is well versed in developing and executing marketing campaigns, possesses a deep understanding of analytics and SEO management, can utilize past UI/UX experience to assist in the creation of digital design and process improvement tools, and is ready to work with an inspiring and multi-cultural team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Utilize prior experience with UI/UX, as well as Python and Angular, to assist in the development, testing and rollout of a highly customized CRM solution
  • Develop, implement, and consistently manage an impactful SEO framework that aligns with core services
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Manage implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytical reporting across multiple platforms to extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. Masters degree or MBA a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing
  • Prior SEO experience with the ability to create and implement strategic campaigns
  • Proficiency in HTML, Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • An understanding of Python, Angular & CMS
  • Prior UI/UX experience and the ability to interpret necessary changes
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns across social, digital and email
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • Must possess outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and as a team move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills and must be able to create reports to analyze key performance metrics
  • Must have a high level of creativity
