Qualification

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead to support our delivery and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive both project delivery and pre-sales initiatives.

Role:

• Location: Remote.
• Experience: 8 to 10 Years.
• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrate capabilities to prospective clients.
• Provide technical expertise during client meetings and discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and review proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Proficiency in any one of the languages such as Java, Python, C#, or TypeScript languages.
• Experience in Full-stack development.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
