    Qualification:

    Experience preferred in US projects, B. Arch / M. Arch

    Skills Required:

    • Home Builder projects(must)
    • USA Architecture constructability and USA building codes is a must
    • Working knowledge on USA projects is a must.
    • Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, BIM360, and Navisworks
    • 15 Years on CAD and BIM platforms, 5+ years of Lead Architect role
    • Lead to deliver Architectural projects to USA clients from India.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Project Management
    • Drawing Project plan
    • Effort Estimation of the project
    • Project tracking and scheduling
    • Client handling, client interaction & coordination, technical leadership, project execution & delivery
    • People Management/ team handling and team performance management
    • Challenges faced with the projects with the solution
    • Team size handled in the past

    Project Experience:

    • BIM Project experience, USA Project Experience on CAD & BIM Platforms (Mandatory)
    • Standards and codes, USA Architecture, USA Building codes, Revit Architecture
    • Tools and software Exp: AutoCAD, BIM360, Sketchup, Navisworks, Point cloud
