Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking relevant tenders through various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
  • Filling tenders accurately and timely and submitting on time.
  • Knowledge of the complete tendering and procurement process.
  • Hands-on experience of vendor registration, E-Procure, GeM, government portals, PSUs, etc.
  • Studying Tender document and Technical Specification as per Tender Scope
  • Keeping all relevant documentation always ready and current to avoid delays in tender preparation.
  • Bidding tenders, competitor analyses, ensuring adequate business, sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, MIS reports and documentation.
  • Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checking the eligibility criteria.
  • Filling tenders, having knowledge of tenders, evaluating & understanding the eligibility criteria of the tender, understanding the targets, and shortlisting the tenders accordingly.
  • Visiting different offices and gathering pieces of information related to the tender.
  • Follow-ups, attending and coordinating pre-bid meetings, commercial and technical negotiations, and preparing documentation of meetings
  • Experienced in preparing quotations and submitting through portals for online and submitting personally in the offline process.
  • Checking and uploading documents required for tender.
