Job Opening For Tender Executives - Govt. Project - Tendering
Designation: Tender Executive Process: Tendering Experience: 2 to 5 Years Work Location: Salem
Roles & Responsibilities:
Tracking relevant tenders through various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data, etc., which calls for tender submission.
Filling and submitting tenders accurately and on time.
Having knowledge of the complete tendering and procurement process.
Having hands-on experience of working on vendor registration, e-Procure, GeM, government portals, PSUs, etc.
Studying tender documents and technical specifications to understand the tender scope.
Keeping all relevant documentation always ready and current to avoid delays in tender preparation.
Bidding for tenders, analyzing competitors, ensuring adequate business, sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, preparing MIS reports, and creating documents.
Evaluating technical and commercial requirements of tender papers and checking the eligibility criteria.
Have skills like filling tenders, complete knowledge of tender, ability to evaluate and understand the eligibility criteria of the tender, understanding the targets, and shortlisting the tender accordingly.
Visiting different offices and gathering pieces of information related to the tender.
Following up, attending, and coordinating for pre-bid meetings, and commercial and technical negotiations.
Preparing documentation of meetings.
Preparing quotations and submitting them through portals online or submitting them in person through offline processes.
Checking and uploading documents required for tender.
