I am Nivetha Ganesh, and my journey with Vee Technologies has a span of eight years, beginning with a campus drive at Thiagarajar Polytechnic College. My bond with the Sona Group goes back 11 years, shaping my growth every step of the way. From being the first graduate in my family to leading a team today, this journey has given me confidence, purpose, and the chance to mentor others, something I am truly proud of. I am thankful to Vee Technologies.

My ten-year journey with Vee Technologies has given me the right environment, supportive leaders. Such strong values can transform a person’s life and career. I joined as an HR Executive and am now proud to lead HR Operations for Vee Technologies and its group companies. I have always given my best to this organization, and in-turn, it has rewarded me with opportunities, learning, and growth that shaped who I am today. I have been part of the Vee Technologies family since 2012, and the journey from my early days as a team leader to my current role has been incredibly rewarding. Today, as the Manager of Media Intelligence, I oversee a team of analysts and developers who turn raw data into actionable insights for global brands. What keeps me here is the trust we place in each other and the freedom to experiment. My journey with Vee Technologies has been rewarding and full of learning opportunities. I started as a developer focusing on technology and problem-solving, and gradually moved into leadership roles, guiding teams and delivering impactful solutions. The collaborative environment and support for growth have helped me enhance my skills and contribute meaningfully to projects and help drive the organization’s growth.

I have been part of Vee Technologies’ Analytics & IT department since 2016, starting as a Project Lead and progressing to Program Manager. Over the years, I have managed diverse internal teams and delivered solutions across multiple departments with unique requirements. Today, I oversee internal projects, product development, and external client engagements, driving innovation and operational excellence.
