Qualification

Provide guidance and support to the team on implementing CAD & BIM concepts, including point cloud projects.
Offer expert technical guidance on advanced AutoCAD and Revit MEP concepts to ensure effective project execution.
Familiarity with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards, with experience working on projects that adhere to these standards.
Proficient in creating and modifying Revit Families, with strong skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, and Navisworks, to support effective design and collaboration.

Role

Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore, Salem, Remote.
Work Mode: WFH & WFO.
Proposed Designation: BIM Manager.
Education Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) (Diploma candidates will not be preferred).

Provide guidance and support to the team on implementing CAD & BIM concepts, including point cloud projects, to ensure successful project delivery.
Offer expert technical guidance on advanced AutoCAD and Revit MEP concepts to ensure effective project execution and adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
Ensure familiarity with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards, applying knowledge to projects and providing guidance to team members as needed.
Develop, modify, and maintain Revit Families, leveraging strong skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, and Navisworks to support effective design, collaboration, and project coordination.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on CAD, BIM, and related software.
Participate in quality assurance and control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.
