Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with strong MEP skills to work on US-based commercial and residential building projects. The ideal candidate will manage BIM workflows, ensure model accuracy, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

Work Experience: 5–9 Years

Work Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore, Salem

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage BIM models for MEP systems in large-scale US projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, etc.).
Ensure compliance with US construction standards, codes, and BIM execution plans.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and Revit.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to maintain model integrity.
Prepare detailed construction documentation, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models.
Support project teams in implementing BIM standards and best practices.

Skills Required:

5–9 years of experience in BIM coordination for MEP systems.
Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of US building codes and construction practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
