Role

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to manage end-to-end freight operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods across domestic and international locations.

Work Experience: 1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations

Work Location: Salem

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage air, sea, and road freight shipments.
Prepare and review shipping documentation (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list).
Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and vendors.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies.
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers.
Resolve shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies.
